Dr. Anitha is a Director of IIC.

Dr Anitha pursued her post graduation in Arts. Pursuing a profession in social work, she is a trainer of soft skills and advocacy of lobby. In her career, she has worked with exploited children and their families, empowered many women, worked on ragpickers’ livelihood programs as an academic counsellor, career & legal guidance. She has also worked on urban and rural homeless issues.

Dr. Anitha is a member of Federation of voluntary organization for urban and rural development Karnataka, a member of Impact India Consortium, member of Hasirudala Network, member of Bangalore Right based initiative for dignity and gender equality, and a member of food bank. She has also worked as a committee member in Government departments namely grievance committee member in sericulture department and internal grievance committee member with the Indian Air Force  –  Yelahanka.
